visa renewal

hi, i just want to ask if i can renew my business visa for another month 3 days before its expiration? ,,... i heard that i would pay 300 qar per day if i will not renew my visa within ten days before its expiration.. pls help me,,, i really dont have enough money left for a penalty... pls help me...pls tell me if i can still renew my visa within 10 days before its expiration without penalty... thank you very much

You can even do it on the last date. Note: Business Visa validity is three months.
