I wish to take an telvesion to India when am going. How much inch(size) is possible now for taking at free of cost?or any extra charges for taking this by hand.what is the procedures?

you can import any kind of TV to india, you have to pay 35 % customs duty in india. if you buy any branded 40" LED TV worth Around Qr. 2000, you have to pay tax IRS:8000 - 9000 approximately. but still as a unwritten law in india, you can pay some money and take it out.

but earlier post i sees that only 35k is possible means below 35000 amt is possible.
