oh dear..you just outdid yourself..
@mohdata - who the hell are you and do you own a hummer. What do you drive? Dun just go "Oh I hope is the solenoid or filter" if you dun know what you are talking about. Your trash talk is dirty as much as you assume as well! So there....stick it up!
greatkid: good advice and helpful post buddy..even i think this will be a minor issue with solenoids or even a dirty clogged filter..
zackm: i hope you at least feel good after your weird comment..amazing how many things you assume about the owner w/out ever meeting him..and the owner said NOTHING about his coolant and ATF mixing so quit the 'know-it-all' vibes..oh and the Hummer isn't a high end car either so there..
Check at street 6 near toyota workshop at industrial, they can fix american cars there they fuxed my suburban transmission, only replaced solenoid.for changing gear
You have an H3 transmission problem, that mean you have to change the whole transmission, what did you think it will cost? Call any mechanic or garage, they will probably ask you for 5 to 8K for labour, parts you order from US yourself, a good H3 or Chevy Auto Transmission will cost you US 1200 to 1500 and how much do you think would cost to deliver this. The major fault is on your part as the owner, you probably did not take care of your Hummer, by using different transmission or cheap oil and also mxing coolant, which caused your radiator to turn faulty and damage your transmission. Don't cheap out, when you own a high end vehicle.
