house agreement

Dear All,

I am an Indian. For applying family visa, in house agreement with owner, can the tenant name be in company's name instead of individual? Will there be any problem in approval of visa due to company providing accomodation in their name? My company admin staffs are saying that they will mention that accomodation is being provided by company and their is no issues due to this while applying visa. Please reply.
