Please advise me regarding my Qmiles Points

Hi folks! I am seeking for an answer regarding my Qmiles points. My plan is to use my around 20,000 points to travel to Dubai for Eid breaks but due to my health condition i cannot travel for the meantime. The problem is my points will lapsed until December 2010.

I heard i am allowed to transfer my points to another person, some people sell it too? though in a lowest amount as they say! Is it legal to sell? Does Qatar Airways allowed this kind of selling Qmiles points?

Mga kabayan advise naman po or to anybody who have the same experience??? pls share...thanks!
