need help for my sitwasyon... by doodsje (filex)

bini visit visa ako ng employer ko noong May 06,2008 at dalawang beses lang ako naka sahod,sa contract 1250 ang sahod,pro sa pagbigay na 1000 lang tapos pinapirma pa ako ng salary loan dahil sa gasto nla pag punta ko d2.I have a case that i file with my sponsor and we agreed that he will give my salary ,return ticket and they will cancel my visa.I file a case for hitting me.He said he will give to me w/in 3 days,It was on october 18,2009 but until now,nothing happen.I was so pity with myself coz there is nothing i can do.Im waiting for nothing.until now,i do not know what is their plans for me.Im helpless.
