No, you're not lost kabayan. Tama ka, we're in Fil-Expats forum. I tried to post the title that way so that we can get comments within ourselves as Pinoys only.
I've heard a lot of complain here Doha about (bad customer service by some department stores & big malls. And I believed most of them were true. But what I don't understand is when the complain point directly to a pinay(s). Although generally speaking, I believed Pinays do a lot better in sales customer service than any other in terms of handling purchased items in the store.
Kasi, sa Pinas (SM/Robinson) for example, when I shopped there, especially in garments section, the packer at the sales counter carefully fold-away the clothes/garments before putting them inside the grocery bags. While here (Qatar) I often get that 'barumbado' service while packing my purchases especially for clothes bought in big supermarkets.
The difference is that, Filipinos handled your purchased items well in Pinas when packing, whereas here, "bahala na"! How come?
