share out thoughts,tips na makakatulong sa sa daily health natin. In short, like a first aid home remedy, lalo na kung nasa bahay ka lang,at nagkataong walang maistorbo sa kung anu mang rason.of course hindi lang para sa first aid, like to improve daily lives. Tips na namana sa mga ninuno or natutunan sa mga frends.at kung anu anu pa...
here's mine to start:
1. some people loves their homes dressed with curtains. sa Doha, dalaing maglaba ng kurtina pero sa pinas, months bago palitan, mahal tubig eh. to keep curtains smells fresh all time, mix a part of fabric softener (scent you like)with water in a spray-bottle , then spray it directly to the curtain. These spray is much better than aerosol spray, that somehow not good for health.
2. sa mga may hika, kung inaatake ng hika, magtimpla ng pure coffee, the dark the better, but walang sugar, just a mix of water ang coffee, it can ease your breath.
