Opening a New Restaurant

I have this new business opportunity of opening up a new Filipino Restaurant somewhere in Najma area. I did some demographic survey, costing, feasibility and the stuff. Isa rin sa plano ko ito para matulungan ko ang iba kong mga kamag-anak at kaibigan na walang work sa atin. Ang kasosyo ko ay Pinoy. There's a big potential but I'm worried about having a local business partner. Kasi baka lokohin lang ako ng lokal. I just want to seek your advise if this is worth pursuing? Is there something that I should be aware of?
