Notice of OAV Registration
ATTENTION:
ALL qualified Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above, working and living
ABROAD
WHAT: Filing of Applications for Registration/ Certification as an Overseas
Absentee Voter for purposes of the MAY 14, 2010 National Elections
[For those who have previously registered,You may file/ request for:
Transfer of registration records; Reinstatement in the National registry of
OAV; Correction of wrong entries/ misspelled names; Withdrawal of
application for registration/certification pending approval; Reactivation of
registration record]
WHEN: February 1,2009 - 31 August 2009, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
WHERE abroad: Philippine Embassies and Consulates and other Foreign Service
Establishments
WHERE in RP: at NAIA (Terminal 1) OFW Pre-Departure Lounge), POEA Ground
Floor, COMELEC, COAV, Intramuros
Note: Seafarers may file their applications at any post abroad or in Manila
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Personal Appearance; Submit self to biometrics capture for photo,
thumb print and signature
2. Valid Philippine Passport or DFA certification in the absence of
