Beamish Open Air Museum, United Kingdom
Went there like 7 years ago, would like to go again with my son ... but so far never make it. Either we have something else on plan, or we plan to go there then on the day the weather is crap (raining constantly), or we went home to the UK in the winter (not a good idea visiting Beamish in the winter because you only have so little hour of daylight).

The museum is cool ... you can see how people in Britain live in the olden days. They have typical old type of school, show house completed with their 'loo' outside the house ... And if you go in they put on display the old pans and pots.

One of 'must do' is visiting their 'colliery pit head', you can go down to the actual mine and listen the explanation from the guide what the people actually do for mining in the olden days. Dont forget your safety helmet !!!

Make sure you hop on into their open air tram ... it is a fun way to go around the museum without hurting your leg (being an indonesian i dont walk much lol).
