Smysma Fishing Trip
It was really nice to see all of the guys again, KellysHeroes, Sasa, DaRuDe, Russi and Yasar … We were only 6 people, but we enjoyed it and had a lot of fun.
I got a call from Kellys at 6:20 and told me that he is almost reached the rendezvous point. He asked me if they should wait for me, but I asked them to go ahead … I reached home by that time.
The second call was from DaRuDe at 7:00 asking me if I'm there, dude I will leave home now where are you? I'm in Smysma waiting for the guys there; he called Kellys and met him there.
I met with the guys there later, some were here and the others were on the other side trying their luck. We waited for Sasa to come and DaRuDe also to come from the other side of Smysma with Kellys and had a good talk.
Sasa went first to the new place and we waited for DaRuDe and catched up with Sasa in the new area that was nothing but a beautiful nice place. Some of us went for catching crabs while the others went for catching fish. We were lucky to catch something really good; Sasa & DaRuDe had work at 5:00 this Friday so we decided to leave at 11:30. The guys honestly did not want to leave and told us that we can stay until dawn.
Kelly brought like always his irresistible Turkish coffee along with him, thank you man for bringing the nice coffee with you … everyone really enjoyed it :) thank you for lending me your line & squid to catch some fish.
Sasa got a professional fishing kit with him; it was having everything that you will need to catch any kind of fish. I don't know what I would do without him being there; I did not bring with me the fishing gear, but got the crabs sticks … so I also borrow some stuff from him.
DaRuDe was with me and my friend [Yasar] there looking for crabs, we missed a big one that betrayed us and instead of running away he ran toward us and get lost within the sand:). We caught later a lot more, guess that crab was the king who betrayed his people and let them easy targets to our spears :)
I did not get the chance to talk that much to Russi, he was also catching fish there with Sasa & Kellys, next time we will talk more man. Thank you for bringing the yellow baskets to keep the fish there, they were really handy :)
I would like to thank Kelly & Sasa again for inspecting the place and for making this get together work. We really had fun and wish if all the people who wanted to join to be there with us. Next time is going to be early morning and on Wakrah beach, not sure because we will discuss the details later.
