1. Support Service Acumen: I have learnt that customers/internal staff come back if they enjoy the experience of the service provided. This has been augmented through my experience in the retail business working closely with customers on the floor and directly to the CEO who developed strategies and solutions. As such I have been exposed to implementing strategies first hand with customer and seen the process of establishing strategies and monitoring targets.
2. Communication Skills: Through my role as executive assistant and sales representative I have honed my skills of effectively communicate at all levels of the organization to ensure all business needs are accomplished.
3. Knowledge of Business Admin & IT Systems: I have developed a deep knowledge of the business administration and MS Office systems to effectively maintain and monitor business needs.
