Guys need your inputs here. I bought my car last Dec. The Istimara of my car is expiring on 16 April'14 , however I see that the insurance is expiring on 09th oct '14. I heard that we need to renew both at the same time. What do i do in this case. Please help.

You just have to extend your insurance til your istimara expires so that you will renew both of them. I can give you price or quote you the price if you can give me the value of your car last year.

u cannot renew ur istimara without getting a new insurance, u can go to ur insurance and renew it for 1 year they will reduce the payment since since u have still some months remaining.

how much would a comprehensive one cost for a 2008 model and if you could leads as to where i can go to get this done would help.

u should take new insurance now..with that copy u can renew isthimara...
i have done it on my car last year thru QIC.
u cannot renew ur istimara without getting a new insurance, u can go to ur insurance and renew it for 1 year they will reduce the payment since since u have still some months remaining.
Go to the insurace company and ask them to renew your car insurance for 6 months only, if its possible.
