What in the world happened to Qatar Living?
I hope the moderaters read this ..
Qatar living have changed dramatically. It used to be filled with people dicussing different stuff, topics always go on top whenever a new reply is entered and the number of people participating in the website was more than we see right now.
I still don't know what happened and why did they take this decesion, it's been a while since I last browsed through a forum and I was shocked when I saw the new "refresh".
I hope things go back the way they were
There are other websites now about Qatar where discussions take place.
QL is just for fun and relaxation these days.

@all: when QL updated their website no one was their everyone left QL but only some Qlers came to QL including me MM & others..
Isn't that what I said?

The old QL was so boring.
It was just a bunch of people asking silly questions like where to find certain products, advise on getting driving licenses, how to deal with ministerial red tape etc.
Now we have lots of fun topics!
First three posters are living in the past ..........
Just learn to appreciate what you have got now .......

I love the new QL.
No need to provide advise, or help, or any answers.
We can just log on and talk nonsense all day for the sake of having something to do.
I personally have a goal of posting on every single thread.
I feel the same. I used to "hang around" all the time in this site. Now, only from time to time. I remember reading all the discussions here from very informative QLers like Ms. mimi, LP, Qatari sun, Tinker Bell, and so on. I miss those days :(

All we need is a forum to discuss stuff, share information, communicate, etc.. Its really sad
I completely agree... it is not the same.. discussions are non-informative...answers to many question is just "pray"... very little useful information.. and hardly any people participating in the discussion.. post being deleted with no particular reason...it is sad... guess it is time to switch to dubizzle
