Job At Qatar Airways Subsidiaryd

My brother got a job in Qatar Airways Subsidiary QSE officer. Salary Offerred is QR 4k net (Allowances Zero) Food, single shared Accom & Transptn provided. Mean while he has got another offer in a reputed Catering company as well (Salary and facilities are almost similar). I heard many news about Qatar Airways and subsidiaries that their staff turnover is very high as they terminate staff for simple reasons etc.... If any one who can give your valuable opinion about the QA Subsidiaries employement about the job security and career growth prosepects etc would be very grateful..
