Ashghal announces Phase II of Jaidah Flyover roadworks
Ashghal will partially close the Phase-2 of Jaidah flyover for two weeks from Saturday.
The closure of the west-bound lane of the flyover towards Jabor Bin Ahmed Intersection (Ramada Signal) and the Industrial Area is in connection with maintenance works.
Traffic heading to Salwa Road and the Industrial Area will also be diverted to use the ground level through Mushaireb Interchange below the flyover.
The scope of maintenance works will include replacing the asphalt layer over the flyover as well as improving the structure to accommodate the increased demand of travelers in the area.
The works will result in improved roads and streamlined traffic movement in the area.
All necessary road signs have been installed in the area to provide clear directions for commuters.
