visa still under process
Dear all.
really need advice. I came here on the 16th of January under family visa - hisband's sponsorship. with my son.. I have done my finger print and medical check and the results was ok.. my son already got his RP but mine still hanging and the status still under process..I have been to MOI Dukhan, Moi Airpot, Moi gharaffa but stiil the same.no one can settle my problem. I intend to go back to my country asap because my daughter is sick..Is it okay if my visa status still under process. can i go back without having problem?
dear kjagadeesan93, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately my visa is a single entry. It has been three weeks already and the status still under process. i think i have to reapply my visa..
Please check if ur current visa is single entry, if yes then I think you need to get visa again to come back, which may take time. Typically, it is safe if one does not go back while RP is in process so that there are no hassles to get RP. However if the situation is inevitable then one has no option.
