QNB cash deposit failed (time out)

I have deposited money through atm cash deposit system.

Unfortunatley ATM get timed out and i could not get the recipt and money back.I given one written complient to QNB.

I am totally frustrated, can you guide me to get back my money soon?

It happened to me too... they eventually returned the money... it took 10 days or so.
