Living at Al Asmakh Property

By Jay-ar Ocampo •
As a new comer here in Doha, I am proud to say and very much honored that I am living in one of the properties of Al Asmakh Real Estate. From the accomodation, amenities and to its maintenance, two thumbs up for AREDC!!!
Fubar, thats right, Al Asmakh has nice property and some better maintenance. But that does not over ride the fact that the faulty lift remain unrepaired in 10 floors building for six months, reason: contact maintenance company, when contacted maintenace, they say part needs to come from germany... then second lift failed and we had to leave the building before contract period was over, but they didnt create problem for us leaving before contract ends.....
Raheeb... which are TWO MIDDLE fingers LOL... among 5 fingers
If we believe Silenceisgood the the next post of Jay-ar will be " two middle finger up for AREDC!!!
Yes, that's exactly right. When I moved out of an Al Asmakh apartment to another property, it took them over 2 months to prepare the check returning my security deposit. How could you possibly expect to get that money back if you were leaving the country? Do you think they will send you a check in the mail, or an electronic transfer?
Their properties aren't bad to live in, but they aren't that much better than the alternatives. However, you really will see the difference when it comes time to leave.
You will know, when you will leave house.... Thier aim is to not to return deposit money and put you charges when you leave as penalty... for instance, if you have tv in the wall then 300 QR for why you have holes in wall and so on.
