Solar chargers and solar panels

Hi Everybody,
I will be soon travelling back to my home country and I was thinking that why not instead of taking lot of gifts with me for family and friends, I take something really useful and a sort of necessity in a place where loadshedding is very common and people are without light for most of the times. The idea that clicked me is that of small "solar panels" or "solar chargers" like the type to charge batteries of cell phones, laptops, iPad etc. I was wondering if somebody knows any good locations in Doha or anywhere in Qatar from where I can buy such "solar stuff".
Would really appreciate useful responses.

Yes!! Thats a good idea.....
instead of buying here, you can directly buy in your Home place. i have heard even Government is giving subsidies to install Solar Panel. Mt friend has installed Solar Panel in his home in Tamil Nadu. He paid 60,000INR and some part of money was paid from Gov. You can check there for more details for your city. But thats a brilliant idea altogether....
