Hi Qlers,

Recently i had an car accident and its my fault i hit on a stone the front bumper has damaged and some damages,i got police report for the same and i went to insurance company ,they took some photos and they told me to go the Toyota industrial area service center(My car is 5 months old and i have full insurance) so what is the next step.I heard that toyota service center that they did the estimation for damage and it costs around QR20K and they said the waiting for approval from Insurance company

There is just nothing to worry about. The insurance company will have your car repaired but as I stated earlier you will have to bear a small percentage of the cost. Read your insurance policy and see what it says on the percentage of deduction. Usually it is just a few hundreds.

While the insurance company should bear the total cost of repairs they will ask you to bear a small percentage of the cost. This is part of all insurance policies and charges vary from company to company. If you go through your insurance policy, it will be mentioned somewhere.
