Sponsorship "THE APPLICATION IS REJECTED"

HI! I hope someone could help me I'm really bothered...

I applied for sponsorship for my 2 kids on January 14 and on sunday january 19 i got rejected...

The next morning my wife and I went to Immigration to check why our application was rejected..

Then the captain ask us what is my salary 10K+ and my wife 9K+ Then he said just change the 1st page of the visa application children will be under my wife sponsorship...

I dont know why? becuase she is under my sponsorship and her salry is not in the 10K bracket... Then the lady said check after 2 days...

Now i checked the status it is still rejected it has not yet change to "Under Review"

Are there someone who also experienced the same experience that i have? Do i need to worry that the status has not yet change?
