HMC ( local hire contract)

Dears,

Local hire contract at Hamad medical corporation doesn't include housing they are caliming that because it's local hire and was recruited inside Qatar, I want to advice pleasel; is there anyway to be changed to external hire or external contract ( after joining ) to get the housing allowance?

Skroachira; is there anyway to change it to overseas contract? did this happen before or it's allowed there?

You will get only basic salary and transportation allowance in Local contract. No airflight ,No gratuity,No house allowance etc etc.....but work must be same like overseas employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
