I am planning to go for an vaccation to spain & italy. Does anyone know in which embassy it is easy to get schengen visa, or is there any agencies which help us to get it ?

Just look at the website of the relevant website. They have the procedure and the documents required. you don't need any travel agent for this.

You can apply in swiss embassy for schengen visa ..probably it will take 1 week to get it in hand.google and call them/mail them for more information.
