Problem regarding my husband visa to company visa

I came under husband sponsor for 6 months validity, I work in a company in a Admin dept. but it stated as a Labourer only.

I dont have finger printing, and they use my medical. They take visa last Dec.2013 and valid only until March, but my husband sponsor visa is until April..

Now i want to Resign,,but they said they will bring me back home. .. What should I do? Anyone can help me regarding this problem?
