i just want to know that either i can change my baby's name or no?and whats the procedure pls in full details god bless u who answer it

dear you can change the name of your baby as I did it in 2010.you will need to get a letter from your embassy and then publish the chnage of name in local news pape.take letter, picture of your baby and news paper to Supreme health council close to rumaila hospital and submit the paper they will change it.
