Birth certificate for family visa-Issues

Hi friends

I am planning to bring my family to Doha.I have all the documents ready with attestation including my son's birth certificate.

Now I have 2 doubt's in my son's birth certificate

1.The names and other details in the certificate is printed in Tamil(regional language in India).Will Qatar immigration accept this certificate for processing visa?

2.My son's name is printed with spelling mistake in birth certificate.I have corrected the name from the Government gazette and got it published.The proof is with me.my doubt here is whether I need to submit this name change proof also for applying visa? will immigration accept this?(heard from a attestation agent that QR immigration won't accept name change proof,better not to submit)

Note:The certificate is attested from both India and Qatar embassy.

Please help me to clarify these doubt's.It will be greatfull if I get the clarification before I try find an accommodation in Doha.
