I need to do a test for Gonorrhea here in Doha. i'm wondering whether i deported if the result is positive.

I have a symptoms of gonorrhea, since 17/4/2015 and im scared to consult a doctor. Then I tried to buy zithromax or any antibiotics from pharmacies but they ask for prescription.. what should I do? Anyone can help me.. im filipino by the way.. please anyone help.
