Doha transport company is incompetent

Hi

FYI:

We handed our passports and paid Doha Transport Company for umrah visa 10 days ago. every day when we called we were told, no worries, passports are at embassy and we should get them this week. Last nite I was told that embassy is closed because of national day. My question is.... where has my passport been this whole time???

The manager there is a money grabbing punk who simply does not care!!! I am extremely dissapointed that muslims can be so deceptive!

There have been other companies that have issued visas and their clients, Alhamdulillah are already in Makkah.

Qatar Fever: Please be patient. This is because when Umrah visas open, there is load on the Embassy staff for the issuance of visas. The Umrah agents are simply powerless to do anything to expedite the issuance of any visa. Insha Allah you will get the visa soon and you will be on your journey. Please pray for me when you are in Makkah and Medinah.
