Fifty One East-Useless Post Sale Service
I bought my daughter an Apple I-watch from Fifty One East-City Center branch with 1 year warranty. After more than 18 months, the power button got stuck. So my daughter cannot use it properly. Having inquired and learned where there service center is, I went and located their service center in Salwa road. Upon waiting for my number, I finally got to talk with the male service rep. and told and showed him the watch.
To cut the story short, they WILL NOT AND CANNOT REPAIR the watch and some Apple products (maybe I-phone also), even if you offer to pay. They DO NOT HAVE a repairman or electronics technician to service even just for a minor stucked button of the apple watch. They can only replace the item if it is within 1 year warranty. But what is the point of service center if they cannot repair it. As we always know that products are usually got broken after the warranty period.
I ask this man if they can suggest where to have it repaired, no helpful advice. Very Incompetent!
So I went home with almost a useless product. Hope some people will learn from the situation.

Don't use Apple. Normally, they will not provide back up service. After warranty expired, just throw it if any problem occurred. Check the policy rather to blame sales officer and service provider. Peace!
Apple i-watch available already? Or maybe you mean the i-pod nano?
If back up service / repair facilities not available, there's no point in buying premium products too. Most of the service centres do not care about customer relations and to protect image of their own products.
Lesson learnt ... Never buy 2nd hand products .....
