How to get my wife a UK passport?

I am a British Citizen who is married to a Filipina lady, and she would like to take dual nationality for both UK and Phillipines. Would you be able to assist me with some advice on how to go about this please? If there is a service/company you could recommend that would assist with this process I would be most grateful.

I have tried looking on the FCO website, and the UKBA website, but they are a little confusing and unclear
