Salary Issue

Hello everyone.

This is Usman Sheikhand i have few concerns related to my job. I was working with "NAS GROUP"

since july 13th 2013 and company asked me for exit in aug 13th 2013 and HR committed me for issuing visa within 3 weeks and after completing that period i talked to them but HR said visa is in process and after two months they communicated me as we are not issuing visa for Pakistan country.

My point is i am still their employee and even they are not paying single peny for these days which i was waiting since so far.It's my request to please answer my concern as per the labour law.

shusman I think you were working on Business Visa if they don't have Pakistani Visa they can extend your Business Visa..

But as u said its very Bad behavior by the Company it seems they are not professional..
