I manged to post (not saved yet), after this new site, which brought real disaapointment, but it seems usable....

Can Qlers help me with the answer...

Which are the original "Turkey Restaurant" in Doha, I guess Turkey restuarant at Al Nasr is original chain (near Al Sadd near Doha clinic).

turkish restaurant nr the doha clinic is the best and their best dish is lamb grill, and all salads and orange jjuice is super, though tough to get a seat as its always crowded..

Hyderabadi Dum Briyani in Turkey Central?...dont think so. It may be a Turkish Briyani with a pinch of Hyderabad in it cos of may be some Hyderabadi in their kitchen who may be pinching the briyani's..:)

Turkey Central is the most famous Turkish Restaurant in Doha. There are some other good Turkish Restaurants also. Their mix grill is very nice!
