Can someone pls help- how to contact user?

Hi everyone this new QL site is incredible frustrating or maybe I jsuT don't know how to use it!!

Ia lso urgently needed help contacting a User who listed an item of sale but no email or telephone no as other people have listed...now how do I contact them. Normally u wld click on their name and be able to see their profile or contact them...but with this QL u can't access any such info or maybe I doc know where to...I have checked FAQs and even though a few ppl have asked before me...no one seems to have replied to their response so this 'knowledge base' isn't very useful or responsce at all...I don't even know if I will be able to post this or if someone replies how or where would I check the replies.
