My impression from the restaurant is 'satisfactory':

Location: difficult to find and there is a parking issue...

Venue: small and dark at the first sight, however I was surprised how tidy and cozy it was once I sat down and got time to look around(didn't visit family room). Uniforms of employees are stylish - not over done with decoration, looks comfortable.
Not for customers with the preference for classy place...

Service: very friendly, pleasant, polite, humble, quick, able to advice and always ready to assist (I was really pampered). Despite of the constant flow of people coming and going - didn't have a feeling of being neglected or overlooked for other (bigger) table/family.

Food: very very good - large portions and authentic kindly of home made taste! I really enjoyed it!

Price: little bit pricy though
