I posted a negative review on Layali in February after haveing dined there and been billed almost double what I had expected. I was contacted later by Layali Manager who conceded that a mistake did occur and amended the mistake very swiftly and politely. That's a thumbs up for customer care and I don't think you will find such good service anywhere else in Doha. Excellent!
