Hi Qlers,

One of my friends family had permanent RP and unfortunately it got expired when they were in India during vacation. He again submitted with all the documents for family visa but got rejected as his employment visa profession is Accountant but he is working as an Engineer for which he is having attested educational certificates. All other documents such as attested Marriage Certificate, attested Children Birth Certificates, 6 month Bank statements, Letter from his company etc. Please any one can help on this. Thanks in advance.

Is there any restriction in getting RP if profession is different even if salary is +10 K?

HE has to go all same procedure to get his family back . This is the price have to paid when you forget about the important dates about the expiry of Passports and Visas . These are important documents to keep your status legal where ever you are . .....
