LEMOUSINE TRADE LICENSE

What is the procedure in getting a LICENSE FOR LEMOUSINE BUSINESS, one of my friend is having a CR which defines only trading activity , but he wants to get in to lemousine business , any one can advice in this regard ?
no need parking Felicity a limousine licence, so many peoples are saying that , but wher will park the car in hussain fikri building on near that doha cinima . there also get a limousine licence
It is possible to add the activity in existing CR. Only the proceedure are a bit differant if it is a partnership licence or total Qatari owned licence . But one thing for sure that you have to prove that you have enough space to park the cars beside/ near your office ...... Otherwise muncipality might not give you approval ....Mail me if u need more to ask ......
