Changing job with Business visa

I was working in Kuwait. Recently my company transferred me to one of their project site office in Qatar. But I don't like this job and wanted to change. I came here on business visa (provided by my company) and my company told me that they will get a work visa for me soon. I recently singed their offer letter. That was only in English.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible for me to change jobs within Qatar? if i get any offer?

2. I don't think i need a NOC from my company, because they sponsored me only business visa (NOT work visa). Am I correct?

3. What else I need to be sure about this situation?

You 're from kuwait, no need NOC because you are now in qatar.

ya u don not need any noc from your company since different company and different country ... but you must get first working visa. thats it.
