Negative behaviour of QNB Front Office staff

This is the 3rd time I am having very bad experience with QNB The Mall Branch. The Tellers are always seen busy talking each other and cracking jokes while a big line of customers are waiting. After 8 pm the lady sitting in the reception prohibits customers from taking tokens from the automatic machine. The reason she always give is "system down". But we can see that all Tellers are busy counting their total currencies / notes. And finally it is very difficult to talk to almost all front office staff as they immediately get irritated and come up with childish excuses. They always think that they are only the educated ones and the expatriate customers (may be staff of individual or corporate customers) are illiterate. There is video camera recording, so if the management is interested to improve the efficiency of their staff, they must investigate on this issue for an early solution.

Sadly good customer service is somewhat of a rarity around here!

Don't be so surprised, Poor customer service is a norm in Qatar, you should be surprised if you get "Good" customer service here!
