i wanted to know about the fully furnished one bhk apartment at ezdan compound..is it good..? how is the kitchen is too small & is apartment looks new ??? please advice me..

The best thing you could do is visit the place.It is near Al Wakra Hospital. It is a big real state.They have a lot of Ezdan here.It is one of the cheapest place because of the safe place with 24 hrs.guards, with swimming pool,gym, playground, function hall with mini grocery,laundry,carwash etc inside the subdivision.the place is good.The choices are 1 bedroom,2bedrooms,3bedrooms and villa type 4 bedrooms.These are with free for 6 months with 1 year contract.payable with post dated checks.We are living here that's why I could say it is cheap but nice place especially for families.

where is ezdan compound?
its perfect even though small because its cost per month is 3200QR and with one month free with new brand furniture..kitchen is open one.
so its perfect what u want more in 3200QR..listen ezdan 26 will open soon in wukair so go and book one otherwise you wont get ..its a hot cake in ezdan compound....
