I have taken a laptop from jarir bookshop from the 1st day it has problems of wifi When i took it to jarir they said me to take it to sony service center I did that 2 times but the problem remain same now sony dont want to reply me ..what shall I complaint for such case..please help friends

Find out if there's problems with the laptop WIFI or router's WIFI.
Somethings to consider:
1. Some wifi adapters don't work well with certain routers.
2. updating your wifi drivers
3. updating your router's firmware
4. try connecting on a lower speed setting on the wifi adapter (example: g speed, etc)
5. does it work on other wifi routers?
A lot of it is trial and error to see what the real problem is. I do not recommend doing all of the suggestions at the same time. Try out different combinations until it works.

Sorry, this won't help you, but possibly others in the future. If having problems from day one, return for refund on day two. In addition buy from PC One. They handle service in-house (won't send you to Sony) and have a 7-day, no questions, return policy.
