Do I need an NOC from my previous employer if I will transfer to my husband's sponsorship?
I have recently resigned from my company and was under their sponsorship. I have finished my contract of 2 years and was with the company for a total of 6 years.
My questions are as follows:
1. Do I need to exit Qatar before my husband can apply for a transfer of my visa under his sponsorship?
2. Do I need to have an NOC from my previous employer in order for me to come back in Qatar at any time under my husband's sponsorship?
3. Is another NOC from my previous employer needed in order for me to be able to work again in Qatar?
Please I need serious advise as I am really confused. I would very much appreciate any help/enlightenment I can get.
My husband already submitted my application for change of sponsorship to husband's including all requirements. The person at the immigration counter said follow up after 1 week. But in the receipt paper that we received, it says follow up online after 3 days.
I am a little anxious so I checked online after 2 days upon submission of application and it says "Application under Review". So I checked again the next day (3rd day), and it says "Sorry there is no data with this number." Now I am REALLY WORRIED. What do I need to do now? Should I go to the Immigration department & make a personal follow up? or should I wait for another 4 days?
Please help!!! I am desperate!!!!
Regarding the requirements for family residence visa, does my husband need to get Kahramaa bill & tenancy contract? His company provided an accommodation for family and as it is, the company pays the Kahramaa & accommodation rentals.
Thanks all for your advise! I also want to clarify, if my previous company will not give me an NOC, will it mean I cannot work again here in Qatar?
As per my experienced
1. You need to exit before submission of documents to immigration if NO NOC. if ever you have NOC no need to EXIT.
2. If your previous sponsor not give NOC, you need to cancel your visa then exit the country. [Note: You can stay in Dubai Airport maximum 5 days with out any penalty]
3 As soon as possible inform your husband after your exit the country, immediately go to immigration to apply your visa. ***Reminder*** Visit Visa first Issue is better than to other visa. after your come back here, try to residence.
Goodluck...
