I am having Saudi driving license valid upto 2018. To apply for a driving license here in Qatar should i give the test all over again or can i use the Saudi licence and convert it.

Go to Muroor in Madinat Khalifa, you can convert it for 200 Riyals. Take an Eye Test first in any accredited optical shop before going there.
You can convert it in 05 Minutes

if you do not have card, one service is there for which you need to pay QR 10 Extra
