Q-Tel Broadband Cancellation....Need Guidence?

dear QL fellows,

i want to get some information regarding the Cancellation of Q-Tel Broadband USB 2.0GB connection. i have used that USB for more than one year (about 16 months) and pay all the bills on time, never delay. i have copies of all the bill payments.
Kindly guide me what i have to do for the cancellation of that connection. whether i have to pay any fine or simply i have to hand over that usb.
please give me some guidence ,like what kind of other documents are required for its cancellation.

rather than wastse here to ask go any QTEL shop and settle it

USB is yours to keep. Just call 111 or go to any nearest Qtel office and ask for cancellation.
