Please need some advices

Hello everyone. I work in Qatar since 13 months, and I want to transfer to another job. Having the hope that I will receive NOC, can you guys help me with some advices regarding where to try search for another job, maybe you know or heard about any opportunities related to the following description:
I am Engineer, with 3 and half years of experience in the domain of Mines, Oil and Gas, specialized in ,,Preparation of useful mineral substances'', and I also have a master's degree as ,,Security and rehabilitation of any mining perimeter''.
I will appreciate any advice or suggestion regarding this post, in order to find a better job.

Yes I am sure because there are other guys who left and they received NOC.
are u sure the company will give u noc
I talked to my manager, and he admitted that I will receive NOC whenever I will ask for it, it's just a matter of time until they will release it
I would suggest to look for job outside qatar as it would give you problem regarding NOC.
