Hi,

I have been working as Estimation Engr from past 1 yr & nw due to some problem I am planning change my job but they refused to give NOC & my contract period is 2 yrs, 1 yr s more. Also I heard that 2 yrs banned is reduced to 6 months, whether this is true if I go back to India means I can get visa after 6 months? Pls help me in this issue.

yes it has been changed to 6 months.u can come on another work visa witin 6 mths

To the best of my knowledge if you can not get a NOC from your actual employer then a 2 year BAN is imposed.

This has not changed at all.
