cameras location are known, but the whole are recording, in one office for one Multinational company, not a bank but its a normal admin offices, foreign staff are not allowed to get in, as they need access cards and should ask the reception before getting it.so the cameras are not for security reason,

If the task is for security reason or spying for illegal transaction there is no problem, but if it is for personal purposes that is not allowed or not legal in private office. (haram)
