If you're terminated in good faith the c0mpany oblige to give you NOC. You can ask the bank for 1 month grace period for only QR50 deduction or payment if you don;t have balance, but this good for 1 month only.

Trust me... at least 50% of the expatriates in Qatar has a travel ban and have issues like yourself and even worse... the only thing you can do is the following :

The bank usually takes time to put a travel ban on you... so try to tell the bank that you're negotiating with the company for NOC and it's positive. (even if the company informs the bank)

2nd : once they cancel your visa... leave the country immediately (that's sound like running away but in fact it's not, it's just better than being imprisoned here with no NOC, then yo have to pay off all your debts or go to prison. Later on you can pay off your debt from your home country.

Human rights won't be able to help you much.

3rd Try to negotiate for an NOC, tell them your situation (maybe they will understand) and then search for another job.

Good luck on all cases...

Just an advice : be conservative and don't tell your bank that you will be terminated or your visa would be canceled... they won't involve emotions here...they will ban you, file a court case and jail you until you pay off your debts with interest!!!!

God give me strength to bear this mighty freedom...
